ELT professionals in Asia and beyond are invited to bring and share innovative policies, theories and practices related to ELT that not only address current problems but also point to future directions and help to create new opportunities. The 21st century Asia is a land bustling with economic and cultural activities that are contributing to the creation of a new Asian identity. In this major undertaking, the professionals of ELT from around the world have an important role to play. With your support and participation, we hope that when we meet at the 13th Asia TEFL International Conference in Nanjing, we will not only share ideas and build friendship, but work together to add an Asian voice to the new ELT of the world.
