Children cannot tolerate formal class and strict actions by teacher and every one knows that.so i decided to try a new way that my little students could start a good relation with me therefore i divided my terms of class in to 2 parts. The first 10th session I acted so strict in the class which they could not stand the class and exactly the formal reaction triggered the same.so what happened for my student?
It was unbelievable that even the top student of the class got the worst grade. All of them hated to come to the class and did not had any interest to read and listen their books and even they came so late .i took a decision to change the way of my teaching. So I attempted to apply a new way that my students (under8-11) feel better, listen carefully and show their interests.
New way of teaching-
Put down the name and the activities of the students on the board
At first ,start to put down their names respectively and draw some lines to divide them from each other. Then write important matters between each line such as, standing ,walking, in the class ,speaking with each other, hit another, eating, presence and everything which is very important for teacher and she/he thinks it is such an obstacle to teach .now it is the time to teach and they act.
Considerably this way affected on them. Their activities in the class got better. They tried to gain more positive marks to be winner and compete to each other even for raising their hands to answer. Although, in addition to, positive marks at first I wrote negative for those who did something against others such as hit their friends, eating snack, talking with each other etc.but after the first session I got it they huff and do not have any Willingness and desire for the rest of teaching or in fact the game. Because of this I removed negative or bad marks which had a bad effect on them and just placed positive for good doers and neglected merely those who could not answer my questions.
In fact ,they showed their tendency better although sometimes I had to ignore some bad actions such as standing ,talking and…not to hate them of the atmosphere of the class.in fact may be these matters will be unimportant in your eyes but they had great effect on them not to distract and were crucial.

Some actions such as speaking with each other, hit the other one, eating were very important for me I noticed a lot in this article because these student were very mischievous, naughty and playful and by writing these cases on the board they paid more attention to obey the rules not to gain negative marks or achieve positive more than others.
In this new method they compete with each other to gain positive and more marks .even more those who did not care to participate in the class activities and had not any interest to answer my questions unless I pointed them directly.
This new method had a great power on my student to make progress a lot and passed with high grades.
