English in the developing country,What about countries like China and Japan? People in those countries hardly converse in English. The main language used there are their mother tongues and those countries are quiet advance technically.Their science and medicine are not translation from English yet they have advanced far more than any any other country.So to say german technology also.So do you really think English is mandatory for developing country?
