In an era characterized by global conflict, leadership malpractice, educational challenges, ideological polarization, product quality failures, and organizational missteps this conference is focused on creating an innovative space for constructive dialog about creating amazing future possibilities.  It is designed for problem solving scholars that are interested in using their voice to make a significant difference in their communities, organizations, academic fields, and the lives of others.  Participants are welcomed from a variety of disciplines including Business, Leadership, Education, Informatics/Big Data, Psychology, Technology, Counseling, Public Health, Health Systems Management, Criminology, Criminal Justice, Quality Management, Public Policy, Public Administration, Environmental Science, and etc.  The plethora of topics signify that today’s complex global problems can’t be solved by scholars isolating themselves in narrow solos of their own disciplines.  The American Meridian University International Interdisciplinary Academic and Business Conference is driven of the concept that scholarly collaboration and discipline multiplicity can simultaneously be a source of constructive growth oriented conflict and a rich resource for positive change.

This conference accepts first, abstracts, and then papers that address a range of critically important themes in various fields that speak to the complex and subtle relationships among technology, management, leadership, public policy, community, knowledge, and society.  Also, the conference will accept papers from various areas of learning and education at any of its levels – from early childhood, to schools, to religious education, to health education, to higher education – and lifelong learning in any of its sites, from home to school to university to the workplace.  Finally this conference offers opportunities to learn the latest quality improvement ideas, connect with like-minded colleagues, and generate momentum for change in your organization and scholarly endeavors.

This conference represents a safe and supportive environment along with a tremendous opportunity for graduate students, doctoral students, researchers, faculty, and practitioners to submit papers for peer-review conference acceptance.  Presenters are encouraged to submit abstracts regarding papers that include qualitative, quantitative, and mix methods research studies, organization case studies, program evaluation papers, action research papers, theory to practice applications of new methods, best practice papers, new process improvement execution papers, and conceptual policy recommendation papers.  All submissions must follow APA 6th edition format and be supported by academic references.  After the conference participants can submit papers to be reviewed for the journal, and the book.
