Multinational Culture has made English a cap of Tea for everyone, how so ever he or she is doing. All the development and progress of Jobs, Business, higher studies and even our day to day conversation is dependent on fluency and expertise in English these days. Our MT or regional language is in veins and we think eat, learn and express in it spontaneously but English is the need of the hour and to progress in global era is to make English our part and parcel of life.

Bilingualism actually means, ability to speak in two languages with flow and without flaws, it actually can be Multilingualism, meaning speaking in more than two languages. In many countries, a majority of population is either Multilingual or bilingual, other than India. Although country like France is still a progressed one with their monolinguality. But to be a voracious reader or to cross the borders for higher studies or jobs, bilingualism is a boon. Work culture in Modern age also demand bilingualism as outsourcing talent and technology demand regular contact with speakers of different and foreign languages. It help to negotiate and finding Jobs, promotions and visiting, touring and working in countries of our own choice. Some tips which work when learning English as second language:-

• Reading, writing and conversing in English is must.

• Watching Movies, TV channels, Music of English is mandatory.

• Language Labs and English clubs also give opportunity to amend and improve.

• Increasing vocabulary is must. Make a target to learn nearly 20-25 words every day. Follow that aim daily anyhow.

• Practice daily whatever learned so for because Practice always make perfect.

• Newspapers also give a great support in learning English. So, reading

English Newspapers daily give a great support in learning.

Bilingualism give a new dimension to thinking and opens new path of success. But every language has a discipline. English language although does not follow or adhere on strict rules but one must follow rules and Grammar to use correct language and construction. To speak a language does not mean to cram the sentences and speak, but to learn its alphabets, Grammar, construction and pronunciation because a language is a science which adds stars in the cap of its wearer.
