has been launched by the team of four called Tarun
Patel, Bhaskar Pandya, Kaushal Kotadia and Rajesh Bharavad. |

| Tarun Patel |
| Tarun Patel is a lecturer in the
Communication Skills Department, CITC, Education Campus
Changa, Gujarat, India. He received his M.A. degree in
English Language Teaching from H M Patel Institute of
English Training & Research, S P University, India.
Tarun has participated with more than 10 research
papers in symposiums, workshops, and conferences
nationwide and published many newspaper articles. He
also tries to satisfy his techno savvy soul by putting
several fruitful hours online, doing blogging and
sharing experiences with ELT people worldwide.
Tarun moderates a weblog community that contains
information about the world of Gujarati blogs.

| Bhaskar Pandya |
| A Lecturer by Profession Bhaskar
Pandya is at present working with Charotar Institute
of Technology, Changa.
He is an M Phil (English) from Sardar Patel
University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat, India. He has
his specialization in Applied Linguistics and
particularly in ELT and Syllabus Designing. He has
been teaching English for the last 7 years and has
also been engaged in Conducting Training Programmes at
various levels.
He has also had his association with M S University
of Baroda, Baroda, Gujarat and many a Institutes
affiliated with Sardar Patel University, Gujarat
University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and Punjab Technical
University, Punjab.

| Kaushal Kotadia |
|
A product of Department of English of Sardar Patel
University, Vallabha Vidyanagar, with specialisation in
ELT, Mr Kaushal B Kotadia has more than a decade long
experience in teaching to his credit. A multi-faceted
personality as he is known among teaching fraternity,
he, at present, is offering his services at Charotar
Institute of Technology, Changa in the Department of
Communication Skills in English.
In addition to
reading for Ph D in Self-Directed Learning and Self
Assessment, Mr Kaushal has actively participated in many
conferences and seminars and contributed in the
deliberations through his papers several of which have
also been published too. Through his latest hobby,
blogging, he facilitates his students and others in

| Rajesh Bharvad |
| I am Rajesh Bharvad whose
passion is to create innovative skills in the teaching
arena and that's why I have chosen this field as my
career. I have accomplished the degree of M.A., B.Ed,
and M.Phil. I have a keen desire to develop the
efficiency of teaching styles for the ESL students.
And I will continue to persevere to acquire the
desired skills that will be helpful for all the
persons associated with the teaching field.
