Students can learn well when they have their own will. But every student is not always ready to concentrate though he desires to learn.

By using the question and answer method, the teacher can easily link his students with the topic which he is going to teach by asking some questions related to the topic which are based on the previous knowledge of the students. In this way, the teacher can use the previous understanding or previous knowledge of students to get them linked with the present topic. Their involvement or engagement will make them improved. The students become eager to answer the questions which are asked by the teacher as they believe that they know the answer.
Giving pointwise details of the topic: The teacher can divide the topic into different points. This conversion of the lengthy topic into points makes the students able to recall, revise them easily. It should be made according to the prominence of the subject matter step by step explanation makes the students comfortable than the bulky essay type explanation.
Give the opportunity to your students to come in front and express their own views and thoughts regarding any specific description or explanation or point. This will help to boost their student’s confidence. Their active participation enhances the learning of the students.
Teachers can ask students to repeat the taught lesson or points. Let them teach the previously learned points in the class assuming themselves a teacher. For doing this student should be given some time for preparation. It increases their capacity of recalling the points and power of explanation. They become able to explain with their own perspective.
