Richard Whiteside has worked in the field of ELT for over 14 years, working as a teacher, trainer, manager, writer and editor in the UK, Portugal, Poland, Kazakhstan and Spain, where he currently lives. He holds the Cambridge DELTA qualification and an MA in Educational Technology and TESOL from the University of Manchester.
